I work as a manager, love setting goals and reaching them, and believe that taking care of your body is just as important as nurturing your mind.

Travel inspires me - new cities, new cultures, long walks without a plan, and yes, good food enjoyed slowly. Music is always with me (pop, instrumental and soul - has my heart), but I also appreciate quiet evenings, meaningful conversations, and the simple comfort of feeling understood.
