Everything in this world is secondary, except for health and loved ones. I always take care of my own health and help people to be more healthy. Proper nutrition, sports, active lifestyle is what helps us not to grow old neither soul, nor body. Of course life is boring without madness and we don't need to think about the rules of eating and control ourselves and relatives the all day long. We need to be able to relax, but when healthy eating and physical activity is a habit, it does not require from us any tough movements, we just live as we used to being happy and healthy.
