Did you do something that gives you pleasure? Did you please yourself or someone else? And old age comes as quickly and imperceptibly as evening comes. Think about the quality of your day? After all, the quality in which we live the day is the same quality of our whole life! Because life is a short day! Therefore, I am not going to waste a minute on empty and negative moments.
